We've launched #DreamBigAtHome!

Our new lockdown website has hundreds of activities and games to do at home, weekly challenges to try and a regular programme of live workshops and events online, as well as information on how our groups can operate during the COVID-19 outbreak.

Below is a tool the TREE programme, and our evaluation company Cadence, used to assess the impact of a particular activity or project on its participants. We supported young peer evaluators to use these questionnaires, sitting down with a young person who'd particpated in TREE activities and asking them to reflect on how it had affected them.

Included is an outcomes wheel, which the participant being interviewed fills in before and after the activity we're evaluating the impact of - or they can fill in both afterwards, using one to reflect on their skills before they participated, and one to reflect on their skills now they've done it.

You can adapt this tool for any project or training course, altering the skills in the outcomes wheel to reflect whatever skills, knowledge, feelings etc you hope your activities have given participants.
