We've launched #DreamBigAtHome!

Our new lockdown website has hundreds of activities and games to do at home, weekly challenges to try and a regular programme of live workshops and events online, as well as information on how our groups can operate during the COVID-19 outbreak.

Event date:
1 November 2019 - 5:00pm - 3 November 2019 - 2:00pm
Event location:
Lockerbrook Farm Outdoor Centre

“We really enjoyed it. It was so good to just turn up and find things were organised so well.  The instructors were great, knew just how much to suggest, or not!  A real lesson for me in enabling young ones to work co-operatively.  I came away enriched and encouraged.”

Pack your bags and join us for a weekend of fun and co-operative living. Activities including crate-stacking in the woods, climbing on our wall over-looking the reservoir, and co-operative games to test your team working and logic skills. All activities are delivered by qualified instructors.

You'll be sleeping in dormitories with your friends - others coming from the same group and new friends that'll you'll make at the weekend! We've got the bedding covered, so you'll just need to bring your personal kit and a towel.

Between activities you'll also help out in the kitchen, working together to prepare delicious vegetarian food. We provide the menus and ingredients you need to get you started. You're also invite to bring some favourite treats or snacks with you to share maybe something from your local area?

The programme runs from Friday night to Sunday afternoon. We ask that 1 adult Woodcraft Folk member known to the young people accompanies up to 8 Pioneers. For both adults and children, you'll need to arrange your own travel to and from Lockerbrook and be willing to get stuck in with the activities while you're here.

Cost: £49.50 per person
