We've launched #DreamBigAtHome!

Our new lockdown website has hundreds of activities and games to do at home, weekly challenges to try and a regular programme of live workshops and events online, as well as information on how our groups can operate during the COVID-19 outbreak.

Event date:
11 February 2012 - 10:30am - 12 February 2012 - 2:30pm
Event location:
Lee Valley YHA

Theme: youth participation

Bring your ideas, vision and experience to make Woodcraft Folk inclusive of all ages and supportive of young people’s participation and development.

Who should attend?

This is a weekend event open to all Woodcraft Folk members, which will explore the theme of 'youth participation' in a series of workshops and participative discussions. The purpose of the weekend is to share practice between districts and projects and to further develop Woodcraft's approach to youth participation for the future. We'd like to encourage adults and young people from all over Woodcraft Folk to attend, especially:

  • Young people and adults with enthusiasm and interest in Woodcraft Folk at all levels
  • Members with a vision for a Woodcraft Folk that is open and accessible to all
  • Group leaders and district co-ordinators, district, regional and national committee members
  • Members who have ideas to share, or would like to get ideas from others
